Camera operator
and drone pilot in one body

If you can explain to the client during the recording of hundreds that there is no such thing as "unphotogenicity", there is only bad light... You are constantly looking for new types of shots and know how to hold the frame. You know what is aperture, shutter speed, ISO, flat profile, gimbal, prompter, slider or camera tap. You distinguish between PAL and NTSC and are good at matching FPS to slowmo, as well as gray filters. And, of course, what is supposed to be sharp is ALWAYS sharp. On top of that, you can fly a drone and have the paperwork to do so. That means you have the basics to work with us.

Ideally:

You have experience in various film formats (commercials, reference films, event films, etc.).
You are mobile, have a license and your own car or horses and a stagecoach.
You have your own equipment.
You are available and ready for short and long-distance travel.
You are constantly looking for better frames.
If, in addition to the cameraman, you also edit the material, according to our requirements, it will be a great 1000+ zlotys.

What we offer:

Work in the form of assignments.
For work on the set, we pay 750 PLN net/day of work (without counting hours, that is, if the work is for 2h or for 16h it is still a day of work).

Editor

Editing and post-production have no secrets for you? Do you have a healthy back, a comfortable chair, two monitors, and can and like to pick out the best shots to throw on the axis and arrange to the beat of the music to the snare drum or foot? Do you see the colors and can align them? The editing has to be very modern and dynamic with interesting transitions, masking, scaling, coloring. Sometimes you need to add some keying, embed motions, change tempo, etc. We are looking for editors who know how to do text in AE with tracking or on beams, subtitles in SRT and make a lead or a back story. Those who, in addition, know how to embrace audio, i.e., clean up, extend, and if necessary, normalize, compress and mix audio, because with one skill, that worked two decades ago. If you also know how to add flares and other effects, then we can start talking about cooperation.

Ideally:

You know how to use Premier Pro and Media Encoder, are proficient in After Effects, and embrace Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as Audition.
You are able to work in the cloud on proxy material.
It takes you less than 5 days to edit a standard corpo-style video production.
You are eager to improve your skills.

2D Animator
Motion Designer

If your world has been captured by 2D graphics and you know how to set it in motion on the computer, you've grown fond of After Effects and use various techniques to create animation, you enjoy illustration, character development, you have a line (not on a glass table), you know how to draw storyboards, rig, arrange, weave in 2.5D elements, render in proper formats and assume a correct frame rate, then it looks like you're fit for our 2D & motion designer aka explainer video shaman.

Ideally:

You combine the skills of an illustrator and an animator.
You are able to work in the Adobe environment, especially After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
You are familiar with both graphics and typography.
You are versatile and don't consider yourself the navel of the world.
You work remotely and don't blow deadlines with excuses.
You are constantly improving the quality of your work.

What we offer:

Work in the form of assignments.
We set the rate depending on the sophistication of the project
and the complexity of the 2D animation.
For a storyboard we pay in the range of PLN 250 - 1000 net.
For motion graphics we pay in the range of PLN 150 - 2000 net.

3D Animator

Do you have the soul of a sculptor, but you were born with a (computer) mouse in your hand and it has become your destiny to create virtual 3D worlds, objects and characters? What's more, you know how to choose textures, play with chiaroscuro, set camera movement in the timeline, modeling and rigging. You know how to create from scratch, but you also know how to import an accurate 3D model from AutoCAD in the right format, with all the technical data. You know your way around rendering engines and farms, and have a turbo graphics-efficient machine tuned to work on spatially advanced projects. And you understand that time is not a rubber band, so good work organization and proper sequence of steps count. It's good for you to efficiently navigate the interface of programs such as Cinema 4D, Blender or 3ds Max and distinguish meshes from shapes. If this description fits you, that's great, because we have a vacant cabin on board for a 3D animation specialist.

Ideally:

You operate Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya or 3ds Max.
You are familiar with rendering engines.
You have spatial imagination and can model from a photo.
You have a sense of timing and are flexible.
You have a turbo machine to work with, but for fast projects you know render farms.
You don't blow deadlines.
You are human.

Writer

We have a lot of scripts to write based on the brief and notes from meetings and analysis of the client's needs, so not only do you need to be able to write, but also to listen. We are looking for people who can relate to any style, any emotion and any wit. They can empathize and understand the peculiarities of any industry, and therefore can write anything about anything. And we mean mature, juicy and specific writing, not pouring water and pitupitol. We require knowledge of the principles of SEO, content marketing, skillful combination of facts, correct spelling in Polish, but it would be better if accompanied by English or other languages. On top of that, it's good that your imagination has no limits, but knows how to find its way within the framework of a given project, and your texts are able to find a place both on a website, in a mailing, an offer for a client, and in longer forms of a script, with dissected shots, voiceover text or original dialogues. If you feel that such writing flexibility is your destiny, we are willing to appoint you as our ninja of pen and flair.

Ideally:

You have a lot of empathy in you and are at least as fluent with words as Bruce Lee is with his thumb.
You are able to search for information on your own with Uncle Google.
You are able to find your way through a diversity of topics and industries.
You don't blow deadlines and are a humble pen man, open to customer criticism and ready to make corrections.
You have experience in creating various forms of writing, including film scripts for commercials and video marketing.

What we offer:

We set rates for other forms of writing depending on the number of characters or complexity of the project.
